I am unable to use fingerprint sensor after putting the tempered glass on my s23 ultra smartphone. requested to Samsung to fix it via update or do something.
You have an option to increase touch sensitivity in settings... turn it on & try. If that doesn't work then remove the screen guard. Go to a shop that has experienced sellers & ask them to give screen guard with proper touch identification.
