I am unable to use fingerprint sensor after putting the tempered glass on my s23 ultra smartphone. requested to Samsung to fix it via update or do something.

Some tempered glass doesn't work good with FP. Try to re add fingerprint or use a thin film screen protector ,they work good.

Not all the screen guards support ultrasonic fingerprint scanners. So you have to change your current one and make sure the one you buy supports ultrasonic fingerprint scanners.

My dear remove it's and buy from Samsung shop particular thin screen protector which is support ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. Thanks.

Tempered glasses won't work.
Either use branded one or remove it.
Before removing try your luck by registering the finger print again.
95% it won't work.
No harm in trying though...
