Hi everyone, 
I am facing this issue on my s10+ after downgrading from One ui 2.0 beta to android 9. Do anyone knows the solution please help me. 
I have visited service center also but they are unable to resolve this issue

that's different fix. no one has faced this problem till now. problem faced by one ui 2 was locking out phone not this one. check the video you will know better

I faced the same problem my dear friend. once we downgrade to lower stable version of Android 9, we won't be able to set a security for the lock screen and the only option available will be swipe to unlock. this bug is carried internally as you once installed the oneui 2.0 beta and downgraded it before that fix update has been rolled out to your device. so only solution for now is what I told you in my earlier message.
