fingerprint/facelock/screenlock issue after downgrading to android 9 from oneui2

Hi everyone, 
I am facing this issue on my s10+ after downgrading from One ui 2.0 beta to android 9. Do anyone knows the solution please help me. 
I have visited service center also but they are unable to resolve this issue

Hi if you had the problem already when you were in oneui 2.0 and then downgraded to stable to version of Android 9, your problem will continue for now. you need to enroll again to oneui 2.0 and download the latest update which is having the fix for this issue. no service center can resolve this issue for now. just try this and hope you will resolve this issue. cheers...

I am talking about hard factory reset and not soft factory reset.

if you are on Android 9 now, then enroll to oneui 2 beta again and wait for sometime and try installing the oneui 2.0 beta again. it will resolve your issue.

for now the fix is available for oneui 2.0 only my friend. don't know when it will be available for the stable version of oneui 1.
