finger sensor not working

The sensor finger is no longer work there is an issue.. And there was message saying restart your device I did it but the issue is still there.
Also I feeling my device is coming hot after using it

it's software issue I take my phone to Samsung service centre at my country in Qatar they told me that they will change the fingerprint scanner.
