My phone doesnot fast charge
I have been using samsung charger and fast adapter that came with the case but its not fast charging.

ok this charger is 15 watt charger. it will use maximum 15 watts to charge your phone. now tell me how long it takes to charge from 0 to 100 . and tell me your battery capacity to guide u further

it takes about approximately 5hr-6hr if its normal charging from 0-100
But if its fast charging it takes about 3hr

I know that, but maybe there is an issue with the software. Maybe the phone is fast-charging, but not displaying in the notification or on screen. Maybe, there is an issue with the hardware. I would recommended visiting an official service center and get your device checked.

ok first 5 to 6 hours is seriously bad bad for 3500 mah battery . and with fast charge also 3 hours is worst . to give you a comparison my galaxy a 50 s has 4000 mah battery and I also have a 15 watt charger like yours . my phone takes one and 45 mnts to charge from 0 to 100. yours being a 3500 mah battery the phone should get charged with your 15 watt charger from zero to 100 within 2 hrs max . you need to change the USB cable first and check If the speed improves and if it does not then u need to change the charger along with the cable. any Qualcomm certified 3. or above charger will charge your phone in 2 hrs . first change the cable and use some body else 15 watt charger and check and update me . if the charger is faulty then you can buy the charger of mi qualcom 3 certified from their website .

You have to Visit service center. because same problem occurs when I'm using s8 in past. so they may replace the port.
