s23 one ui 7

using navigation buttons (not gesture)

while on the screen at the time of entering upi pin while making payment or checking balance, bottom nos. of keyboard is getting merged with navigation buttons. this happens only with gpay not with paytm. sone issue between gpay upi app keyboard and one ui 7

any solution?

As you have mentioned that you are facing the issue with third party apps and if your device other application working fine, So we would request you kindly contact the respective helpline to make sure there is no issue from their end.

However, If still facing the same issue, kindly share the log file. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.

Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
