Thanks for being with Samsung and for sharing your concern. We would like to inform you that Size storage supported is 2TB. And we also recommended to use Samsung genuine OTG cable.

I am also using Seagate HDD, simply format HDD using your phone as it will create Android and Lost files folder and that's it
