eSim problem

There is no "Add eSim" option in my galaxy s23 ultra MODEL CODE: SM-S9180ZGGBRI. I did update, factory reset but that isn't working. Please help me out. 😭

Yes, actually I ordered international version but they delivered taiwan version. Service provider software version: SAOMC_SM-9180_OZS_BRI_13_0006 BRI/BRI,BRI/BRI

yea could be the reason option for esim as china, taiwan has same code
