display issue for my s10

My s10 display started showing greenish yellowish fade 3 months back.
And now at brightness level from 20- 70% its show horizontal lines all of sudden.

There has been no external damage to the phone whatsoever.

Also I'm in warranty but I'm unable to get to the nearest store due to lockdown.

Hi, I think this is reported by some other users also.
You may send an error report. For this,
press the 'Get help' tab from the Samsung members' homescreen. Click on 'send feedback' and then on 'ERROR REPORT'.
Describe your problem in detail. Attaching a screen record or screen shot is best. Make sure you have good internet connection. Don't close the app till the log files are uploaded completely (anyway you can minimise the app).
They will reply within a week.

I have done it.
but screen recording or screenshots come normal, you cannot identify the issue.

That's an important hint for them. I thing you have included that in the report. Anyway I think screen shots may not be required for this. They will ask for that if needed. You can click 'text- chat' also, for instant feedbacks. Share with us your results. Thank you.

try to ........change the display mode settings and colour adjustment........u can solve 50% issues.......dark mode and white mode also try

checked it out
color adjustment doesn't work

but if you switch to dark mode the lines are not visible. it looks normal
but thats the temporary solution.

try one more .......*#0*# then check the colour combination.......update one ui home app also
