You can't. But you can mute System sound to disable it.

there is such no option to turn off the shutter sound bro, you'll have mute your device 🙂

using bixby routings

or install Good lock app and open routines

than set it as follows

settings are

CONDITION : 1. LAUNCH APP Select the camera

2. Action : click mute

Bro, there is no official way to turn off camera shutter sound..only option is to mute your device sound or system sound
or
second most effective method is the use of Bixby routines
