How to get that back dex icon in quick panel 

In s10 plus

Reset button order and check

swipe down notification panel and tap on 3 dots>click on 3 dots..and select reset button order

I followed what you said , after clicking reset button also I didn't get the dex icon

hard reset the device it will be available and this worked for me
