Too much heated my phone, battary draining,

Freeze my screen or gltich too much ,when i m typing keyboard is missing,when im on video call minimize the screen to much issue in this update..and i can't reset my phone...its your fault not mine why i am deleting everything..you resolve this problem @samsung

Send an error report along with log files to customer support through this members app, and Samsung will add/fix it in the next update. To do that, follow this procedure
Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Path: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Honestly, I'm laughing that Keyboard is missing, character is missing 😅 instead of feeling for u.
U have written u can't reset? Why? Unlock your phone and Keep power button pressed for 10 seconds. Once it restarts, try hard reset after taking backup.🙏
