config data fetching failed

Hi I'm using s20plus I took the new phone from Samsung Cafe.. but day 1 to still now... im facing the one issue...when I restart  or switch off & on my phone display showing the flash sms (config data fetching failed).... finally try to factory reset also many time... but still facing the same issue... so kindly any one suggestion pls

Have you enabled weather app in background?

Try to change auto refresh to manual and see if it fix the problem
