Galaxy SSamsung inbuilt device care security feature is sufficient..
Also, avoid installing any 3rd party apps until or unless it's very much needed..I am not using any antivirus for my device(S10+).

Galaxy Sbut you might need antivirus security in these conditions
1. most of the time Apps prior to installation from play store can not be verified as fully secure though google do scan them there are proofs that malwars comes from play store apps , than you need a antivirus app but such function only can be achieved by norton , Kaspersky etc only
2. wifi sniffing can not be checked by these inbuilt security apps so here you may need a seperate antivirus system
3. links in whatsapp message , text messages etc can not verified using inbuilt security app , so here you need an extra antivirus who can pre load and pre scan those link prior to opening the message or prior to load in web browser
4. bogus network singal which seems like legimit cell phone signal and works exactly the real network using sim but they are not , these type of things to prevent requires an aditional antivirus system over the pre installed
etc etc
example prior to download and installed it verifies safe or not , 2nd prior to opening any link from text ot whatsapp or any message it checks for safety
SUMMARY : if you are such user who do use phines for general purposes like chats , games and camera only than you dont need an additional antivirus in your handset. but remember You can not prevent exploits using any means at your end
