Settings》 Apps》 Contacts》 Storage》 Clear Data ... You Done...

Be sure if your contacts are already Synchronized with your Google account.

If not then I'll also suggest you to contact Samsung via Smart Tutor app... Otherwise get in touch with any of your nearby Samsung Mobile Service Centers...
