that's not a problem, it's a Floating shutter button for ease. You can turn it off by going in Camera settings - Shooting Methods and turn off Floating Shutter button.

Bro, that's called Floating shutter button..turn that off..
or
simply drag it back and merge with the main camera shutter button..problem solved..

NOTE: Even if floating shutter button is off..you can use it for your ease..simply tap on main camera shutter button and drag it anywhere on camera UI..it will help you to reach shutter button with ease and when not required drag it back to the main camera shutter button
