camera bug

my S20FE 5g have some camera issues... whenever i open the camera app it shows "camera failed" i tried the following steps to solve it

1. clear cache and data of the app

2. reset camera settings

3. restart and reset the phone

4. clear cache partition

i don't think it's a hardware issue because other third party camera app running well..

 what should I do now...?
