call recording apps like ACR + CALL RECORDER are not working properly after oreo 8.0 update. Esp in incoming calls many a times voice of the other person is not recorded and this is happening randomly without any set pattern.

As per Samsung customer support via chat and also in store Samsung seems to be aware of the problem has not given any fixed timeline to release an update and fix this issue.

This is very important issue and Samsung must fix this ASAP. Many cheap mobiles including one plus 5T has this call recording as built in feature why not Samsung and now it has also closed way for 3rd party apps to do so.

Decision to record calls or not should to left to user not Samsung.

If you are using this device in the Indian market then it doesn't have the call recording feature built-in. For the global market the device has this feature built-in.
