I would like to request everyone stop buying Samsung products from now. Samsung really not giving premium quality service as they are charging.

- Samsung not even responding to single community post
- customer support always giving default response without reading the customer concern 
- I dropped email to samsung officials 2 days before but still no one responded

I never expected such things from Samsung. If you have money invest in correct products like iPhone where you will know atleast when update, fixes will be done for your device or always go with value for money products like OnePlus.
This is my last Samsung product for sure now. They lost our trusts. My family, friends everyone is decided to stop buying Samsung. This service not justifying 1+ lac Rs of investment.

They never said anything or gave any exact date. Try and find it if you can by their official sources. It's people spreading these rumoured dates and then gullible people thinking It's from samsung😂

They announced April 7th as the release date for Korea, India, and many other countries!
April 10th for the USA.

Nope. They said they will begin rolling out. Rolling out means they will start the process and not when they will end it and cover all regions.
There is a difference between roll out and begin rolling out from a technical development perspective.

Exactly these people are not gonna try all the updated things in a phone. And many doesn't know what exactly it does they want to use new one ui for maybe 1 day n then they will shout for April secirity patch updates. Samsung haven't mentioned any official release dates except all those leaks from people. They say they wanna boycott samsung for updates lol. I accept update is delayed but it means they are working hard to release stable version without bugs.

I always take the time to learn all the features of every device I use. While I haven't previously checked for security updates, as they are sometimes delayed, they aren't a major concern for me. I simply don't have the time to follow up on every update. I very much enjoyed using One UI 7 on the S25 Ultra and would appreciate having it on my S24 Ultra as well. I paid a significant amount for my phone, yet only S25 users have access to One UI 7. Samsung should reconsider this policy. If you do not prioritize your loyal customers, you should not expect their continued trust.

Hey man, no offense, but I prefer Android to iPhones, and I chose Samsung because of the brand, expecting clear communication. But they're messing up, deleting posts without warning about delays. They should just be upfront about it.

Since March, my S24U's been acting up; the battery dies fast, the camera lags and jitters when I close it after short videos. Lots of people are worried, it makes Samsung look bad. This is gonna cause real problems later. We're losing faith in them.
