The blue colour while activating wifi/mobile data from notification panel looks ugly..its must be different color icon like black will perfect..plz change in oreo update samsung.

FYI.. it's not blue.. it's Teal

It's subjective, Samsung won't change the UI just because YOU didn't like it. So try switching the theme if your phone supports it.

Nice suggestion @ishu, well for this very day Samsung has made a themes store for its devices.
I am mentioning below theme which you may like it and it will change your complete theme to black and might meet your requirements.
I have been using it on all my Samsung devices that I have or had so far and I am in love with it cause it also saves abnormally huge amount of battery power specially the ones with sAMOLED display.
the name of the theme is "High Contrast Theme"
