I’ve been waiting for the One UI 7 update on my Galaxy S24 Ultra as promised, but it’s extremely disappointing to see delays with no proper communication. This is the worst experience I’ve had with a software update from Samsung. When you announce a date, users place their faith in your brand—don’t lie or make false claims just for hype. If you're unsure about a release, don’t make false announcements. It breaks trust, and once that’s gone, it’s hard to earn back.
