Check! if your version of Viv matches with the same or is a latest version, Backup your data and factory reset your device and if it's older than this, download mirror files and install 'em.

just uninstall bixby from setings>apps>bixby.Then open bixby page and update it...i also face same issue today but now it resolved aftr this

no need to factory reset at all...on every problem.

- Tap and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup. Now you can say “Hi Bixby”, and when the device emits a sound, say what you want.
