Type C earphone are not working for voice calls

I have moondrop chu II dsp type c earphones. The earphones work fine with the music and multimedia. But the audio becomes heavily distorted on voice calls.

Voice calls work fine on whatsapp teams and other apps. But not on the cellular calls.

Have tested apple type c earphone they work fine on my s21.

Also test my chu ii one on iphone 15 they work fine.

Please help

It's an issue with multiple samsung devices. The earphones works fine with other phones and laptops.

I also have the exact same problem with my s24 and moondrop chu 2 dsp. It's working fine on Google pixel 8.

What's the solve here ?
