apps crashing

Since last night on my s10plus device most of the apps are crashing and able to open once tried restting the settings and cleared storage and reinstalled the apps still same issue

This issue happened due to an issue with the Android WebView. Google has acknowledged this.

Please follow the below steps as a workaround for the time being.

Go To settings > Apps > Show System Apps > Android System WebView> Uninstall Updates.

I've tried this and worked for me.
