Dear Team,
My phone has been continuously restarting and overheating on both the front and back sides for the past 3 months. Additionally, apps are frequently crashing and closing automatically.
I already visited an authorized service center, and they informed me that it was a software issue. They reinstalled the software and assured me that the issue would be resolved. However, I am still facing the same problems even after the software update.
Kindly check the device thoroughly and provide a permanent resolution for this issue.

It appears there is an issue with the motherboard, and replacing it should resolve the problem.

They will change it for free of cost this is newly i brought mobile
