It wont receive android 10 because it already received 2 major updates that is android 8(oreo) and android 9(pie) it was launched with android 7. And as per google , it can only provide 2 major updates for a flagship.

yesss as note 8 was released in android 7 but when you would have purchased at that time android 8 was released so that time you got with android 8.

@kartik271994 the same thing with S8. coz S8 was released with nougat version but Oreo was already in the market
