amazon prime error

Is anyone else with samsung s8 have been facing problem while opening amazon prime recently? any solutions for the same?

nope. no problems with me. in fact my prime ended two days back and I renewed it yesterday and it still is working fine..
try reinstalling the app

tried evrythning. reinstalled the app, cleared cache and data etc. when i called up amazon customer service, they said its an error from samsungs end and s7 and s8 series are the one suffering from it.

the problem is back again.. only the list has gone bigger.. as of now,
Amazon Prime
Jio Music
and YouTube
are the ones that are not working .
im really getting a feelng that the problem lies with S8
