I have Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite and I have been using it since last 10 months.

It worked very much fine and above expectations but post September patch update I am facing issue in watching the Amazon Prime Videos and seeing the error message or hang issues.

Additionally I also noted that Now the HD mode is not showing in Amazon Prime Video App.

This is really very bad experience and I feel bad whe I see the Chinese mobile RealMe XT which is below half price of the S10Lite running HD mode where as Samsung's 43000INR mobile is not.

Kindly look into it and resolve the issue ASAP.

Even tried by reseting phone, same issue , not facing issue with other device Samsung a71
