almost full memory

Even after clearing up more than enough memory, my S20 FE 5G's memory is almost filled up till 6.2gb out of 8gb, after September update

Do factory data reset and after that turn off background usage of all apps

I can't do factory reset, even after factory data reset few things do get wiped which I might not be able to regain
