Look this picture...this notification of youtube is irritating me so much...can you help me how to remove it permanent?

Delete your downloads then it will not check for it

that will just check for incomplete downloads and notification will clear in a minute .. so I do not see any issue bro

but when it happens quite frequently, it gets annoying, though no doubt it goes away within a minute or two

You have to check your incomplete downloads
or
go to YouTube app info and turn off download notifications
