This might be one of the worst times in Samsung's history. They were on track with updates and software, but it seems they've completely changed direction. Now, all we’re getting are false promises, misleading timelines, and poor customer support. They're seriously the worst when it comes to software updates now.

Do rate the Samsung members app on Google play store with your review and let them know how bad they are now.
