Samsung head office told me i can use SR refund coupon at any authorized samsung dealer ( croma, reliance digital,etc) but when i visit this so called authorized dealers they say can't redeem this coupon. Just because of this i have to buy device by paying extra 6 thousand. This is is fraud because i feel they just want to extract money from customers. Or samsung team is not well aware of correct information. Or samsung and there authorized dealers are not cleared about process. I was given false information by samsung and thuged me 6thousand rupees. And now samsung is not willing to solve this issue. This is worst service after being samsung customer for 10+ years. Samsung just don't Value there customer and do fraud with customers.
