A big company like Samsung should not release a One UI 7 beta update that throws an error message, "Maximum S23 users have participated," when users try to install it. If you release it, it should cover all devices, not just some users. If you are not capable of doing so, inform users first and its release.

No idea buddy. Check the members app daily around noon, you might get lucky. Personally I'm too scared of unstable software updates, already have green lines on two older Samsung devices, can't afford another one on my S23.
