This is sad news to share with all of you. A big company like Samsung should not release a One UI 7 beta update that throws an error message, "Maximum S23 users have participated," when users try to install it. If you release it, it should cover all devices, not just some users. If you are not capable of doing so, inform users first and its release.

That is not an error message. Beta testing is limited to early adopters. Yesterday when the Beta programme notification popped up on the members app, thousands (primarily from India) registered on it. Now the slots are full. A friend of mine who registered in the morning of 13th got the Beta 1 update today. There is a chance that new slots will open before Beta 2, happened in the case of S24 also.
