I am participating in the One UI 8.5 beta program on my Galaxy S23 first time, and I have received the final beta update. I would like to inquire whether the beta program close automatically or if I am required to manually withdraw my enrollment. Because till now members app showing that I am joined.

It will automatically be withdrawn or you can manually withdraw after stable update because beta update is done. I have done the same i have left the beta after stable update. Once official update is done beta is done even if you stay or not doesn't matter as you phone is now on regular updates and you will receive the updates. You can even verify thru smart switch PC by connecting your phone thru USB and if it doesn't show downgrade then you are safe. You can check in Gemini also regarding this. Check this.

Reinstall Members, And Ya If there is bug from Samsung software side then it will be fixed in further security updates and also no worries you will get the update constantly and ya it may be because you downloaded stable update being a beta user and something glitch like this no thing to worry. Also You can try by changing your Samsung account with new one
