Wireless charger with s24 ultra

I have purchased s24 ultra through shop and had offer of free wireless charger. So far I haven't got it. Has anyone got it from shop. And will there be any message or intimation from samsung to collect it from shop.

Same here. Bought the phone in the Samsung offline store. I haven't yet received the wireless charger. They are saying that it is out of stock. And that they'll notify me once it is available.

For online delivery on samsung app got it delivered on 30th Jan..

Same here...for all online official Samsung orders they delivered along or 2 days later new phone delivery. Offline store still not issued to buyer.
