Will Factory Reset change CSC?

I bought S23 Ultra in Korea, the CSC is currently KOO Now I am in India. So if I reset my Phone with Indian SIM. Will it change my CSC to INS?

no and you cant change or flash any frimware as the model no is different than the asian ones

what do you mean model no is different that asian ones so a firmware cannot be flashed? People flash Indian Firmware on US Variant without problem.

it depends what model they received from US as for me i bought a s22 from US which was a Chile variant so my model no matches the model no with the asian, australian, african and south north america variant so i could flash indian frimware, for us variant you can flash american or canada frimware

yea it all depends with software updates and with operator's in india if they start supporting devices purchased from outside..maybe in future updates they could..i have seen tools to change csc but doubt it would even work

And what about OTA updates, will I receive it in a different country? Or it will also be blocked as CSC is KOO but I am in India?
