Recently I purchased wifi 6e mesh in my home, but in my phone wifi 6 2.4 and 5ghz is working fine but 6ghz is not working and not showing in search also.

Try this
I managed to get wifi 6e showing. Turn on developer mode and you want to go to WiFi safe mode and enable it. To turn on developer mode go to settings>about phone>software information and press build number seven times.

If help take this as solution
