Samsung India reply for WiFi 6E issue in India

Samsung India website specifications for S23

Samsung seems to have deliberately locked the 6Ghz band in India for WiFi 6E protocol for S23 Ultra through it's software.
I request Samsung India to kindly remove the specifications from it's website which aren't allowed in India as it misleads people into buying something which is not working here...

Good point... but my router (tp link deco xe75) is already using 6 ghz as a dedicated backhaul for mesh network... But surely doubts are raised about where this band blockage is coming from...

Routers with WiFi 6e are available for sale in India... If Indian government didn't give permission for 6 ghz band, then samsung should have mentioned it in their phone specifications... It's their responsibility to enlighten the customers when they are selling something...

I think u don't understand what is a WiFi protocol... u don't know a thing about routers beaming 2.4 ghz/5 ghz bands... Spectrum allocation is done for mobile communications, not for communication with routers which beam 2.4ghz and 5ghz... go first and read about wifi protocol and then come and argue... u r ignorant and in addition u r causing shame to yourself by blurting absurd things in a public forum
