Widevine L1 degraded to L3 on S21

Over the past few days my Netflix account shows that widevine has degraded from L1 to L3, I tried all the fixes available on the net like updating the Google Play and software. Reinstalling Netflix app but it doesn't seem to work. Anybody has any idea how to fix this?
