Widevine L1 automatically downgraded to L3

Everytime i update the certificate, after some time it downgraded to L3, due to that netflix shows content in SD quality without HDR. It is getting frustrated. Can anyone help me for this. This is happening in my both devices. S22 Ultra and S8Ultra.

By updating the google play system update and then clear the data in netflix, can set it to L1 for sometime. Need a proper fix.1718646669856.jpg
