Have tried all kind of troubleshooting but in no ways one of app is working on mobile data. What can be the reason?

Pathetic performance of s23fe...once again I am in trouble buying Samsung. It cn never ever improve. I was absolutely correct about not buying Samsung anymore. Misguided by sales person did this once again.
