What the eye sees is NOT what the camera sees always. Human eye is supposed to have around 580 mega pixel while your camera is 200 megapixel. Secondily colour receptors, cones in the eye for a person with good vision reproduces colours closest to nature. Camera on the other cannot due to what is known as "reciprocity" failure.
Expensive cameras like mirrorless sony alpha 9 try to bridge these as much as possible with full frame sensors. Finally camera's image processing algorithms plays a crucial part in the final image under different lighting conditions known as colour temprature.

That is your perception. Perception of colour vary between people because of intrinsic nature. Some are insensitive to certain colours ,colour blind. 😊

And I want to mention this also, not only other normal mobile, some s24 ultra user also told me my mobile pic and other mobile pic color is different. I didn't get the chance to check both mobile but they told me. I also feel something wrong. Is that because of vivid issue?
