If we compare the specs , then there is nothing for which we need to pay almost 20K more.

Depends on your usage..if you play lot of games , do heavy multitasking then Qualcomm processor is good. For normal usage S21FE is value for money

Flagship is a flagship, they simply can't sell S22 for a lesser price than S21 FE 5G , Also FE series is an Fan Edition series which means selling Flagship S21 series phone in a reduced spec to make it affordable.
Build quality of S22 is also premium compared to S21 FE so if they sell S22 less than that of S21 FE brand image will get reduced.

If you don't consider the discounts now given, there is less difference in price. Also, FE is an edition for all types of people. It's an S series where most of the people can afford. While the S22 series is their newest flagship series, having some major upgrades. So the price will become higher.
When a new model comes the old model will get a decrease in price.
