Did you try to use custom fonts using any software like ZFont 3 etc.
Or may be your current theme has this emoji pack

I guess accidentally a custom emoji pack got installed in your device from ZFont so go to ZFont and then to downloads see if any download is present there or not, if so try to uninstall the download and restart your device

Update: I got a solution for it. The main reason behind these weird emojis is the Docomo.

I saw a comment in a reddit forum that all the docomo variant phones have the same emoji issue, including other brand phones like: Sony Xperia.

So the solution is, you have to change the CSC and flash a different region rom with the Odin or Samfw tool.

You can choose the KOO CSC. As it is Korean Global and work in all country and sim.
