I bought an S25 yesterday, and I am getting the option to transfer the eSIM from another phone. I am trying to transfer the eSIM from my S24 Ultra to my new S25 Ultra.

I am getting only these two options which is mentioned in the screenshot
Is there any suggestion?

Did you search for eSIMs ?.Did you reset your S24 ?. Did you delete eSIM profile while resetting. See the screen shot. You should have left this radio button unchecked

I haven't reset my S24 Ultra; my S24 is still intact. I just transferred data from my S24 Ultra to my new S25 Ultra.

Remove eSIM from S25 and try again. Else take it to your service provider's shop

Galaxy SYou'll need to go to your service provider then they will transfer the e-sim to your new s25 ultra after the transfer the SMS service will stop working for 24hrs, That's what I did.
