I used to use S Secure on my Samsung A50 running One UI 2.1, and it was really helpful for app locking and privacy. Now that I’ve upgraded to the Samsung S24+ with the latest One UI, I noticed that S Secure no longer works, as it's only supported on older versions like One UI 2.1 or below. I’m wondering if Samsung plans to bring it back in future updates for newer models, or if there’s any built-in alternative available on the Samsung latest Mobile . If not, I’d appreciate any trusted third-party options that work well without compromising secu

Yes actually mask apps feature is removed from one ui 4 because of some terms and conditions but you can lock some apps like whatsapp which is given built in feature as default or else there another way using shorcut make to make shorcut and lock apps if you got it you can click 3 dots and select accept this as solution

You can setup secure mode and move your apps there, it is similar to S Secure and this replaced it

1st of all Secure folder and S-Secure are totally different. Secure folder sux bcoz since 6.1 no banking apps work bcoz of OTP reading and also Secure folder is a heavy app whereas S-Secure is a lighter one working for the apps that u want for. Also, working with split screen is impossible when one app is in Secure folder and the other one is open. Many such points are there. In other words, for frequent openers, Secure folder sux.

It does, I'm not saying they are the same, but it is the only thing that we have now, so we can either live with it or ignore, no other option

Samsung removed S-Secure to promote Secure Folder. Simple as that. They advertise and promote Knox security(Secure folder) to prove that Samsung phones are a safe and Secure as iPhone.
