Why Level is not increasing

My active level is not increasing, its on 7 from long back , is there any reason??

What happens if levels go up? What is the use of this?

It will show you the rank that how much you have been active since day 1. It is important to understand the knowledge you have. As if someone was a Beginner you can clearly know that he just joined Samsung Members. If he is at Active Level he spent most of the time posting and chatting with other people. If he was a Brand Ambassador (BA) or Samsung Maker he knows everything here.

Nothing happens if levels go up. But showed you how much active you are here. 🙂🙂🙂
