Why I am unable to get coupon code to buy Galaxy VR at offer price??

I bought my galaxy s7 edge on 22nd December 2016. I have registered with my galaxy app on 23rd December 2016. But till today I am unable to view coupon to buy Galaxy VR at special offer price.

I contact with Samsung support team 3 time but didn't get any satisfactory result.
